Once your refund has been issued, please allow 1-5 business days for the funds to return to your account. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, contact your bank or card issuer. If it has been more than 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected], and we will investigate the refund for you! Please also note that initial returns are eligible for refunds in the form of store credit or your original payment method, BUT if you exchange a piece and then attempt to return the exchanged piece, you will only be refunded to store credit. We apologize for any inconvenience.
