What is covered by Package Protection?
If your order is damaged upon arrival, lost in transit, stolen after being marked as delivered, or never arrives at all, Package Protection is the shipping warranty that we utilize to compensate for these shipping issues.
How do I add Package Protection to my order?
When you are at checkout, simply confirm that the "Package Protection" checkbox is selected. This will add Shipping Protection to your order and ensure that your purchase is protected from all events that are out of your control.
What if my package is lost or damaged in transit and I didn't purchase package protection?
Buffbunny Collection is not liable for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged without the purchase of package protection. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I use my Package Protection?
Simply start a claim through the link below! Our team will take care of you and help assist you further.
How long will it take to get my replacement or refund?
Once our team has confirmed your Package Protection, your replacement will ship immediately. Standard shipping and processing times apply. If you are receiving a refund, please allow 3-5 business days from when your claim is approved for your refund to return to your payment method.
How long do I wait to submit a claim if I encounter an issue with my purchase?
- If you received a damaged product: You can submit a claim starting from 48 hours AFTER delivery. Please submit a claim through the link below within 15 days of receiving your package.
- If your package was marked as delivered but has not arrived (OR is stuck in transit with no updates): Please reach out to the shipping carrier and/or your local post office for more detailed information about delivery. If they do not have any info for you, and if you have still not received your package after 2 business days of it being marked as "delivered" or 15 days with no tracking updates, please submit a claim to the link provided below. You must start a claim regarding this issue within 30 days of your package being marked as delivered (or the last tracking update). Please be aware once a claim is opened, if we do not receive a response within 30 days the claim will be closed, and we will not be compensating for any missing packages regardless of Package Protection.
