Yes, eligible international purchases may be returned within 28 days of delivery, starting with purchases placed after June 20th, 2026. Shoppers will also receive a full refund of the duties and taxes paid on their original order. 

Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and shoppers are responsible for return shipping costs. International orders are not a part of the Redo purchase available at checkout for free unlimited returns and package protection. Any issues that come up with orders can be addressed by writing into our customer service team at [email protected].

Please initiate your return through the Buffbunny International Returns Portal and follow the provided return instructions - you will use your provided international Global-E order number, which you can find in your order confirmation email. It has the format GE(OrderID).
