During the Canada Post strike, we will attempt to defer shipping to an alternative carrier to ensure timely deliveries. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please see your tracking link for details about your shipping information. This situation with Canada Post, however, is beyond what our carrier partners expected. As the strike continues well into the holiday season, alternate carriers are working through heavy backlogs and delays should be expected.

With the postal strike there some zip codes with no alternative transportation methods; select rural and PO box locations only serviced via Canada Post.

At this time, the only option, if your order ends up in the hands of Canada Post, is to await delivery post strike. 

Any orders placed until the strike ends are at risk for delay, and may not be delivered until the conclusion of the strike. We apologize for any inconvenience.
